Brilliant Life of a Revolutionary

Every September, the south Korean people and the world progressives warmly retrospect the revolutionary career and immortal feats of Kim Jong Suk(1917-1949), an anti-Japanese war heroine, who devoted her all to the country’s liberation and the victory of the revolution.

The revolutionary life of Kim Jong Suk, who devotedly defended President Kim Il Sung, the sun of the nation, is shining along with her legendary military merits.

Comrade Kim Jong Suk, who was forced to leave her native place and motherland, suffered all sorts of maltreatment and contempt in an alien country and lost her nearest relatives, determinedly set on the road of revolution holding arms in her hands to revenge for her beloved kith and kin, liberate the country and build a new world the master of which is the people.

Throughout the hard-fought anti-Japanese war comrade Kim Jong Suk firmly defended the President’s revolutionary ideas and embodied them in a bid to advance the Korean revolution on the road of victory as intended by the President. She made distinguished contribution to the victory of the anti-Japanese war and the cause of building a new country with her extraordinary wisdom, indomitable conviction and strong will.

Though she passed away so early in her 32 year of age she is alive forever in the hearts of mankind with the immortal feats she made for the country and nation, the era and history.

Therefore, the south Korean people praise her in unison that Comrade Kim Jong Suk is a paragon of patriots, who dedicated her all life to President Kim Il Sung’s cause for the sake of the country and nation, and her great life of loving the country, nation and people is a mirror of a true life.

The patriotic people in south Korea will more vigorously struggle for a reunified country under the Songun revolutionary leadership of leader Kim Jong Il who faithfully carries forward the President’s cause true to the lifelong wish of Comrade Kim Jong Suk.
