Though 64 years has passed since anti-Japanese woman hero Kim Jong Suk’s demise, sore yearning for her ever grows as the days go by.

Short is her life, but comrade Kim Jong Suk set a shining example before the country, people, the era and history of how one should live and fight as a revolutionary and a human being.

She is an illustrious woman revolutionary, anti-Japanese heroine and the mother of Korea who embarked on the road of revolution in her early teens, defended great President Kim Il Sung politically and ideologically at the risk of her life and dedicated her all to the accomplishment of the revolutionary cause of Juche pioneered by the President.

Hers is a life of a great revolutionary who performed brilliant feats in devotedly defending the leader.

At the fierce battles including the Dashahe battle, she defended the President at the cost of her life at crucial junctures, and in the Chongbong secret camp she firmly defended the President’s ideas and authority with acute political viewpoint and transparent revolutionary principles.

She devoted her all to the President’s health and safety.

She dried wet wash in her bosom in the biting cold of 40 degrees below zero, and ensured meals with all sincerity for the President in the hot battles with the enemy.

Comrade Kim Jong Suk’s life is that of a woman general of Mt. Paektu who made undying feats on the road of Songun revolution holding fast to arms.

She displayed the fame as a partisan woman general who struck terror into the enemy’s hearts with her prominent marksmanship and superb tactics during the anti-Japanese war.

She is a peerless great woman who provided the fundamental cornerstone for the promising future of the Korean revolution.

Her greatest historical feat is the perfect settlement of the question of succession to the leader’s revolutionary cause in Korea.

She brought up great leader Kim Jong Il to the Bright Star of Mt. Paektu and provided the decisive guarantee for the brilliant succession and accomplishment of the revolutionary cause of Juche started on Mt. Paektu.

Indeed, comrade Kim Jong Suk who performed great exploits to shine forever for the human cause of independence and unfolded a bright future for the Korean revolution is the greatest revolutionary and a peerless great woman.

For the great contributions she made to the Korean revolution and the women’s emancipation movement, she is still alive in the hearts of the Koreans and the world progressives.
