Underlying motive of “Probability of DPRK’s provocation in October”

Slandering the will of the DPRK to launch satellite and build up the nuclear deterrent powers as a “provocation in October”, the south Korean authorities are chattering the “joint counteraction with international community”.

As an exercise of independent rights of a sovereign state, it is quite natural that the DPRK launches satellites and builds up the nuclear deterrent.

However, inciting confrontation against the DPRK in collusion with the foreign forces, the south Korean authorities are dead set on it. Their scheme has ulterior wicked purpose.

In a word, they have made desperate bid to distort the legal exercise of sovereignty of the DPRK as a “provocation” and to check it.

Some time ago, asserting that the launching of satellites of the DPRK is a “test for developing the ability of launching nuclear weapon”, the south Korean chief of the six-way talks met a US official and made a brigandish logic that the “DPRK has no rights to use the universe peacefully” even for the satellite.

Before her junket to the US, the south Korean chief executive alleged that “the DPRK would pay dearly”.

Some days ago, the “counterplan of the DPRK’s nuclear test and launching a long-range missile” was discussed in the 8th south Korea-US “integrated defense dialogue”.

They have already agreed the “4D Operation Conception” to cope with the “threat from DPRK’s ICBM”. The main agenda of the conference was to develop it into the OPLAN by taking concrete shape as a kind of oppressing measure in accordance with the “provocation in October”.

Insisting the “provocation in October”, the south Korean authorities are misleading the public opinion in a bid to strain inter-Korean relations and shifting the responsibility for it on to the DPRK.

Counter to the détente which was created with an arduous undertaking, they drive the inter-Korean ties into catastrophe in collusion with the foreign forces by distorting the legal exercise of sovereignty of the DPRK as a “provocation”. They should give up at once the confrontational scheme against the fellow countrymen.
